- 10. Formation of the Contract
When you have placed an Order and MFC Outdoor Stores have received payment in accordance with item 12 below we will confirm receipt of your Order.
An order confirmation does not constitute a contract to supply.
A contract to supply is created at the point of invoice.
If MFC Outdoor Stores is unable tosupply items described in your Order, MFC Outdoor Stores will offer a refund or suitable alternative for the items in question.
12.1 Prices advertised on the Website include VAT but exclude postage, packing, insurance and any applicable export duties.
Valued added tax (VAT) charged on goods sold by MFC Outdoor Stores within the EU is in accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union.
Responsibility for payment of any levy/import duty or other tax remains with purchaser.
12.2 Payment shall not be deemed to be made until MFC Outdoor Stores have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the Order.
13.1 You may cancel your Order at any time up to the end of the 14th Day from the date you receive the items PROVIDED THAT the items remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale.
13.2 To cancel your Order you must notify us in writing, including email. We will refund the cost of the items you wish to return within 14 days of your cancellation.
13.3 The items you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of your cancellation in a condition suitable for re-sale.
13.4 Expect where items are faulty, we retain the option to reclaim the costs of recovering returned item.
14.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a. MFC Outdoor Stores have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered
b. MFC Outdoor Stores do not deliver to your area or country
c. One or more of the Goods you ordered was listed with incorrect product information.

- 15. Disclosure to Government Bodies
MFC Outdoor Stores may from time to time be requested to provide information to government bodies with regards to Goods you purchase from MFC Outdoor Stores and you hereby consent to MFC Outdoor Stores doing so.

- 18. Liability and Limitation
18.1 In the event of failed or short delivery, or faulty items within warrantee, MFC Outdoor Stores only obligation will be, at MFC Outdoor Stores discretion to:
a. make good any failed or short delivery OR
b. replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective OR
c. refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question.
18.2 The above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any negligence by you or your failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by us in respect of maintenance and/or safe handling.
18.3 Without prejudice to the foregoing, MFC Outdoor Stores total aggregate Liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this Contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Goods.
18.4 Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to MFC Outdoor Stores must be in writing and sent to the address specified in definitions above

- 20. Events beyond Our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
These Terms, together with the Order set out the whole of MFC Outdoor Stores agreement relating to the supply of the Goods by MFC Outdoor Stores to you.
